These terms explain how Fast Photo Edit provides real estate photo and video editing services, how orders are handled, and what clients can expect when working with us.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Fast Photo Edit website, requesting a quote, sending image files, or placing an editing order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you are using our service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
Our Services
Fast Photo Edit provides real estate photo and video editing services, including HDR blending, flambient editing, twilight editing, drone image editing, video editing, quality control, and related post-production support.
Service details, turnaround time, price, file requirements, and style references may be agreed separately by email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel.
Orders and Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for sending usable source files, clear instructions, and any reference style needed for the job.
- You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to send the images to us for editing.
- You should review delivered files promptly and tell us if revisions are needed.
- Turnaround estimates begin after we receive the required files and instructions.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing may depend on service type, volume, complexity, turnaround requirements, and any custom editing instructions. Quotes or agreed rates are confirmed before or during the order process.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the payment terms shared with you. Late or unpaid invoices may delay future work or file delivery.
Revisions and Quality Standard
We aim to follow your style and agreed instructions. If delivered images do not meet the agreed quality standard, contact us with clear notes and we will review the issue.
Reasonable revisions related to the original instructions are included unless otherwise agreed. New style directions, major changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional time or cost.
If final images do not meet the agreed standard after review, you do not pay for the affected work, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Image Rights and Ownership
You keep ownership of the original photos and final edited images, subject to any rights held by photographers, agents, property owners, or other third parties.
We do not claim ownership over client images. We may use anonymized workflow learnings to improve service quality, but we will not publicly display client images as portfolio work without permission.
Confidentiality
We treat client files, style references, pricing, and project communication as confidential business information. We may share files internally with trusted team members who need access to complete the editing work.
Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, unclear instructions, third-party platform issues, internet outages, payment delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, our liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for the affected work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
